Ok, there's no option to edit or delete, and trying to link a post number didn't work. Let's see if a hyperlink works.

The edit button is between the favorite and the comment button under the tags, the closest to deleting yourself (you can't, admins only) would be flagging, hyperlinks work, unsure about linking posts in a shortcut format as I haven't tried that myself yet but you could try it as
