I think he's moving beyond just viewing her as a sex object, and assessing her as long-term mate material. But, it gets into a "to each their own" territory. Some folks don't mind slobs, others do. My personal experience is that, while I do like to keep a tidy room, if the sex is good, then a dirty room is of little concern. I've dated chicks that had very messy rooms. But, we were too busy fucking all the time for me to give a shit. And, part of the messy room was us tearing clothes off and throwing them on the floor, shoving bed covers on the floor, etc. Now, if the mess is to the point of nasty dishes in the sink stinking and stuff.. that's just disgusting. But clothes on the floor and what-not. Who cares. The only person that cares about that is someoen not getting laid. When the sex is good, it's 90% of the relationship. When the sex is bad or missing, then nit-picking issues becomes 90% of the relationship. The bigger concerns to worry about in a relationship is if she's a dominant and you're a dominant (you'll butt heads over things), if she's a spender and you're a saver (again, you'll butt heads over things), and if you both want kids or not.
