Did Sally d'Angelo go to the same surgeon as Tara Reid? Talk about a bad boob job. Almost looks like it was done with a DIY kit.

several problems perhaps
1) not enough natural breast tissue to tuck the implant into... an under-tissue implant will make natural tissue look fuller. An under-muscle implant can do the same and look more natural. But, implants that size... nope.. have to be external. And, if there isn't enough natural breast tissue, then you get the "globes"
2) it's exacerbated by how skinny she is. Chicks that usually can get night and tight and lean like this are usually small-cup size to begin with. So, bolt on some DD implants to them, then they get extra lean.. the breast tissue just dries up as they diet making the implants stick out like a sore thumb.
3) when hit menopause their lower estrogen levels cause breast tissue to shrivel up... which is why older women have saggy breasts. The older a woman is, the thinner her skin is and it loses its elasticity. So, a big pair of fake implants will have less natural breast tissue to soften their look, making them (again) stick out like a sore thumb.
4) implants can migrate after surgery. Some surgeons park them up a bit high expecting them to "ride down with wear" so to speak. But, even if you get the best boob job in the world, if you don't get revisions every 5 years or so you can end up with one boob going one way and the other going another. This is exacerbated by uneven muscle development. People have a dominant hand, and a woman's boob on her dominant side is often bigger. This can lead to uneven musculature making implants go wonky. (To be fair, it's a genetics thing... this is one reason why body builders are valued.. if they have genetics that makes them grow evenly on both sides really well).
As women in porn age, there's this push for them to fit the ideal of "older women's breasts get bigger".. usually trying to simulate the idea of them having kids and keeping their big milk jugs. So, often they start out as A-cup "teen" porn starts, then have to get some C's in their 30's, then have to get D's or DD's in 40's+ to stay relevant.
Then they have to stay reasonably fuckable-looking, and, since older skin sags more, it's easier to diet and stay lean then it is to be plump and saggy looking (again, really depends on genetics.. some women are just gifted with natural full figures at any age, while others look saggy with the smallest amount of fat on them). As it's harder and harder to lose weight as you age, some resort to performance drugs, perhaps like tren or some other enahncer that makes it easier to lose weight and stay lean.
That's TMI territory, though.
