Just use the alias thing
AFAIK the alias system is broken on this version of gelbooru, hence why no new aliases get approved on Rule34. But maybe that’s changed since Realbooru has Lozer behind the wheel now?
In case it does work, “tranny” should probably get aliased to “transgender” instead of “trans_female”
