It's true that there are far too many tags that are the same.
Not even really a discussion, more of an announcement, but the "_(cosplay)" suffix is basically 99% useless on this site. For instance the "bowsette_(cosplay)" tag...you are never going to see the REAL Bowsette, cause she doesn't exist thus every single person is doing a cosplay of that character, and thus the added "_(cosplay)" suffix tag is extraneous and doesn't need to exist because it's a given.
So by the time you read this the "bowsette_(cosplay)" tag will be gone as it will only be "bowsette" and I encourage anyone else to encounters such tags to replace them with just the character's name. That's all we need. Thanks.

I dealt with this at a different site already, yes, it will take time. Thats the point of starting the process now.

Shemale isn't even a great tag to begin with. What do you call a photo that is evidently FTM, then? What weird slur do you use for that?
Hefemale? C'mon fam. Also what about the actresses and performing artists / workers that we have posted on this site that don't identify as shemale? Its quite piss-poor to ask someone not to use the tag the lady asks us to use in their situation.
I know some entertainers actually use shemale as their thing, but i'm not gonna lump every happily hung woman on this site into that tag cloud, its kinda gross.
Transgender, MTF, FTM, and other such tags should be just fine. I know my account is brand new but i've seen this discussion so many times and watching people default to trap and shemale is just sad.
You could even settle for a Non-Binary tag if you wanna get even thicker into the woods, because you're right. You can't ask the lady, or fem-presenting fella in the picture on the horny website what their pronouns are -- thus we can just say "yeah, we're aware that's a non-binary post."
This shit isn't easy to judge, i know, but there are better ways to judge it.
I'm confused about the "real person" tag, if this was a hentai site that tag would mean "drawing of a real person" but what does it mean in this site? If it means something like "person who's not a public figure" then where would be the line? If I post a pic of me here being a nobody and it gets tagged that and a few years later I come back being a somewhat successful onlyfans content creator and post again would I then not receive the tag? Or is it the inverse where more popular people get the tag? Either way the tag is just confusing to me.

Feel free to remove it as soon as you see it. Due to lack of manpower and user error our tags have been very disorganized since before I became admin. Any help would be appreciated.
The actress Kristina Milan is very often wrongly tagged as Indian when she's Puerto Rican, every now and then I'll be correcting the tag on posts.
Is there a process or forum we can start to implement some of those aliases. It's difficult to fix anything without some of the more basic ones in place.
