Is there a reason as to why the poor made fake from user cottonchad are not deleted? is he friend whit a mod, a mod alt account or something?

We decide what is "poor made", not you. Some are poor quality and deleted, and others are acceptable and not. We don't vet all of his uploads btw...just because it's on the site doesn't mean we looked it over.
