I'm having trouble when uploading MP4 files. It posts and does not give an option to tag. The upload page says to update the tags in the main listing. Does that mean the homepage of the index? I'm not seeing a way to update the tags. What am I missing?

go to the post's page and click on the picture of the pencil in a square, it'll make two text boxes. the top one is for the title of the image and the larger one on the bottom is where tags go.
